Updated older python 2.7 compatible version of Pyroon used by plugin with fixes from Pyroon 0.0.32 to handle Roon 1.8 Update.

Ideally would use the 0.0.32 version of Pyroon but Python 3 but not yet supported by Indigo.

Was version 0.3.6 but now 0.3.7 to fix an install problem.
