Added White Matter block. It will do nothing by itself but grow horizontally when exploded. It is used to craft all the other matter blocks

Added Contaiment Note. This item will spawn a contaiment cell when right clicked on any block. Only way to obtain White Matter for the first time.

Orange matter will fill up your world with lava, but can't break blocks, like an old lava block
Blue matter will fill up your world with water, but can't break blocks, like an old water block

Also plese delete an old config and set starting block ids in a new one

Adds 2 blocks of colored matter.

Red matter will grow to fill all free space it was placed in (like a cave, random room, your friend's house or entire world)

Gray matter will destroy EVERY block it came in contact with and grow

Currently they can't be obtained in survival so just crative chaos
