What's the Matter? 1.2.0

Added config to enable/disable crafing recipes for all matter blocks (enabled by default)

Added White Matter block. It will do nothing by itself but grow horizontally when exploded. It is used to craft all the other matter blocks

Added Contaiment Note. This item will spawn a contaiment cell when right clicked on any block. Only way to obtain White Matter for the first time.
