- Bump version to 1.7 (build 8)
- Add JNI wrappers for NVRAM boot configuration APIs (setBootOption,
  getNvram, setNvram, isNvramInitialized)
- Add JNI wrappers for manifest disk write warning APIs (setDiskIsManifest,
  setDiskWarningSuppressed, checkManifestWriteWarning)
- Persist NVRAM to SharedPreferences across app restarts
- Mark downloaded catalog disks as manifest disks
- Show warning dialog on first write to manifest disk with "Don't warn
  again" option

Users can now configure boot options via 'W' at boot menu (SYSCONF) and
settings persist across app restarts.
