v0.3.0 - Thai Kokoro TTS Model

Thai-finetuned Kokoro-82M ONNX model, voicepack, and config for end-to-end TTS inference.

Assets

• kokoro_thai.onnx — ONNX model (fp32, ~326 MB)
• thai_som.npy — Voicepack [510, 1, 256] (numpy format)
• config.json — Model vocab (115 Thai phoneme symbols)
