- Remove non-docs CI workflows (no longer needed for archived project)
- Add autodoc_mock_imports to conf.py to handle unavailable dependencies
- Remove -W flag from sphinx build (mocked imports produce harmless warnings)
- Update test_docs workflow to only install doc requirements
- Remove uninstallable avalanche_lib and wild-time-data from doc/requirements.txt
- Use Python 3.12 in docs CI
