the error is that the version of mysql and the core are not compatible but it was working normally from one moment to another it stopped working

Do you know of any manual to recompile in ubuntu linux

as I said the error occurs when your mysql server version and mysql libraries does not match with the version you had when you compiled your worldserver and authserver binaries.

It is easily fixed by recompiling and updating the libraries (which I am not sure how as I do not use linux).

thank you but I am dissatisfied because it is a lot of work it is practically to reinstall everything

That's how the cookie crumbles.
To avoid the servers breaking or to give unwanted results when querying to the database it is very important that the library you use is the exact same version as the library you used to compile with.

And recompiling is not reinstalling everything. Everytime you pull the source you have to recompile to get the changes. That is how C++ works.
