Owner Execute GPU / actual Render1049 requirement6103505767 / family660. This is the next independently ready native source-authority/data stage after1432 CPUgrammar, not a renderer or general packet normalizer. Actual existing-capability probe compiles genuine complete area-revision1 asset Source0 (238B SHA56985f37e763f01325ac7e91ba2cf251accfa92efad9e5200b8619dc58545dc8), selects plane_original/plane_nonunit, obtains domain U[-3,7]/V[2,5], generates actual9x9 D0 packet81V128T/raw162UV and shows arithmetic already available/648B Float32. Existing prepareMesh has no native normalized attributes/source-domain qualifier and native shaders upload position/normal only. Minimum new seam is bounded source-reconstructed identity/domain/packet/derived-coordinate producer for that actual native material requirement; absence of arithmetic or a function is not the need. No binder/profile/frame/GL support inferred.
