Aggregator Beta
This beta release adds:
-
Several new optional input sensors for users with their own weather data.
-
ASHRAE PMV entity with 2 new number inputs to represent metabolic rate (sitting/standing, working out) and what type of clothing this area was designed for (bedroom vs living room or home gym)
-
Australian Apparent Temperature (AAT) is used
-
Configure the total area in m2 of a room to calculate heat loss in watts and fine tune an aggregators weighted temperature
-
Configure the floor that each room is on for stratification data and the stack effect between floors (aggregator required)
-
New aggregator class to group virtual rooms into an HVAC zone, house floor or a whole house
- this allows you to create an aggregator named 'basement' where each room has been configured to be on floor
-1, main floor is 0, 2nd is 1, etc. - Nesting aggregators is supported, if you create a basement and main floor aggregator, you can then create a whole house aggregator with the basement and main floor aggregators (WIP, temperature spread is wonky when using nested aggregators)
- the temperature spread for a single floor/HVAC zone is automatically calculated and exposed in the aggregator temperature entity attributes
- the aggregator only exposes one entity: a weighted temperature
- weight is based on each room's area in m2, the larger a room, the more weight in the calculation
- this allows you to create an aggregator named 'basement' where each room has been configured to be on floor
-
Several logic changes
-
Migration of config flow to v4 (it should auto-migrate)
- You now need to choose between creating a virtual room or an aggregator
- Several new optional input sensors in config/options flow
Please test and open issues.
