Psychrometric data, dedicated sensors, dynamic convection and closed loop Kloss calibration

• several optional dedicated input sensors have been added for users with weather stations/outdoor sensors.
• config flow has been updated to include sections
• dynamic convection calcs based on climate, window, door, fan entities and heating system type
• added optional "surface wall temp" sensor to expose a calculated k-loss sensor (no more guessing!).
• fixed mold risk sensor: forgotten 2.5 multiplier to simulate a thermal bridge.
