OpenVids 0.5.4

OpenVids 0.5.4 — the agent chat works again on Windows.

Fixed

• Windows: in 0.5.2 and 0.5.3 the agent chat did not start ("Agent runtime exited at startup (exit code: 1)"). The installer left out three files the agent engine reads when it starts. They are included again, so the chat works after the update. Thanks to @Bifapa for finding and fixing it (#31).

macOS builds were not affected; this release changes nothing else.
