Package update for the validated upside-down ceiling-hung movertrack calibration.

  • Document @rot 180. 0. 0., @tilt_invert 0, and @tilt_offset -90. in README and Max help.
  • Add a regression test for the inverted-hang vertical direction behavior.
  • Keep macOS universal and Windows build packaging via GitHub Actions.
