Improve hive_setup, plus other minor changes

• hive_setup runs in non-interactive mode
• Autogenerated configuration file includes more useful defaults
• Get queue information from Hive Mind (currently commented out with DeviceDB code still in place)
• Allow plugin specific device identification options
