v1.4

This is the first release of Ledger, though this application has been around for a while. Now that I've added sentry, versions and releases are slightly more important. I consider the 0.x versions the initial versions of the app that I styled manually with Bootstrap. The 1.0 version release included the Beagle theme and better dashboard and diagrams. We're at "1.4" because I wanted to show that we have been doing work for a while.

From here on out, hopefully, better semantic releases will be added to the repo.
