In this exercise we will use some of the R packages for copy number analysis. In the first part we will use textfiles containing log2ratios, preprocessed and exported from other software. In the second part we will use raw affymetrix CEL-files and do the preprocessing and statistical analysis in R.

To pass this part of the course you need to hand in plots/answers to the numbered tasks 1-7.
