R GWAS I: Instructions

This is a lab in Genome Wide Association Analysis. As part of the examination you need to hand in a short report from this lab. Some of the exercises in this lab are highlighted in bold text together with an instruction about what part of the results you should add to your report. Include only results from the highlighted exercises and read what part of the results we want you to hand in.

The report could be written in Word or a similar program and should contain plots and replies to the questions. You don't need to include your code.

When you are done, upload your report to the GUL course page under the GWAS Assignment.
