In the first part we will use a dataset of Colorectal tumors. This dataset is available in the aCGH package. Load the package and the data by

library(aCGH)
data("colorectal")

Start by examining this dataset, what does it contain, etc.

  1. Are all of the 40 samples "Adenocarcinoma"?
