Release）です。実データ移転の検証（BIRD-1）はモデル呼び出し0回のまま
測定前監査で終了し、経緯は notes/bird1-preflight-closure-20260828.md に
あります。全版を束ねるDOIは 10.5281/zenodo.22090097（本タグに対応する
Zenodo新版は別途発行）。

completion of the manuscript-exit review (all 15 reservations resolved as
