MK64 Portable 1.0 — Mario Kart 64 running natively on the PSP.

Download MK64Portable-1.0.zip, copy the MK64Portable folder to ms0:/PSP/GAME/, put your own Mario Kart 64 (USA) ROM (.z64, .n64 or .v64) in that folder next to EBOOT.PBP, and start it from the XMB. The first start builds the game data from your ROM (cached in MK64Portable/data/); later starts skip this.

  • Locked 30 fps on every PSP model, including the PSP-1000
  • All cups and courses: Grand Prix and Time Trial
  • Music, sound effects and the announcer
  • Steer with the analog nub or the D-pad; hold Select for 3 seconds to show the FPS counter
  • Only the USA (NTSC) version of the ROM is supported

The EBOOT contains no game data. Unofficial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo.
