What's new

Terminal player: a two-pane interface with keyboard and mouse controls, artwork, visualizers, search, playlists, and Random Radio. Separate TUI and headless server bundles are now available for Linux and Apple Silicon Macs.
Mobile: a more compact web player with improved touch controls, plus native Android and iPhone apps in development with shared Rust decoders and local playback.
Shared playback: more library, playlist, archive, artwork, and MIDI behavior now uses common backend code across frontends.
Embedded decoders: SC-55, SFM, SNSF, PSF, and other decoder integrations run as libraries on supported platforms. See the format support guide for platform-specific limits.
Fixes and polish: Qt scrolling and tooltips, TUI navigation and controls, mobile layout, Windows/Android builds, and a shorter README with screenshots.
Easier installation: a Homebrew tap and a signed Flatpak repository with normal package updates.

Windows: MSI installer or portable ZIP.
Apple Silicon Mac: DMG, or separate tui / server archives. Intel Macs are unsupported.
Linux: AppImage, portable bundle, Flatpak, or separate tui / server archives.
Android: an arm64 development APK, included below.
iPhone/iPad: an unsigned arm64 IPA, included below. Sign it for your device with your sideloading tool before installation; it requires iOS 17 or newer.

Desktop, Android, and iOS packaging now share one GitHub workflow. Mobile apps

Desktop packages are unsigned development builds; macOS packages are ad-hoc signed, not notarized. MIDI SoundFonts and Roland ROMs are user supplied.
