Extract a zip and keep every file in the same folder. Two-window: open the exe; this console is the backend (:4096), a second console is the frontend (:5173). Service: extract to a permanent folder and run \install-service.bat\ as Administrator (Windows) or ./install-service.sh\ (Linux). Git and OpenCode stay on PATH.

Fixes

• A follow-up job on an existing OpenCode session no longer ships the previous job's answer when session history cannot be listed. That attempt fails and retries instead of returning a false success.
• An empty OpenCode stub (an assistant id with no finish and no text) is no longer treated as an incomplete turn. OSM waits for a real finish, or the attempt clock.
• If the session is still busy when OSM would send the incomplete-resume prompt, it waits up to the hang timeout instead of failing immediately with "session busy".

Unchanged

• The product of a job is still this turn's last assistant text.
• The clone is still deleted when the job ends.
• The dashboard is still GET-only.
