SMaRTer taxon matching with synonym hunter

Added functions to:

• remove synonyms if they are also valid names
• log any synonym which is used for more than one valid name (needs further intervention)

SMaRTer taxon matching

Includes taxon backbone normalization when conflicts appear, using either "majority rule", GBIF api or a hybrid approach where confidence can be assigned and more confident "majority rule matches" (e.g. 19/20 have one family) are processed, leaving the less confident matching to GBIF. The GBIF matches are cached to streamline any future pipeline runs for the same taxa.
