Feature Title Screen Panorama
The vanilla rotating cubemap behind the main menu (the panorama Mojang ships with the game) is replaced with six in-world captures from a Dungeon Train world. The animation, blur, and pan behaviour are unchanged — only the source imagery is overridden.
Vanilla TitleScreen constructs its PanoramaRenderer from the resource location prefix minecraft:textures/gui/title/background/panorama, suffixing _0..panorama_5.png for the six cubemap faces. Forge resource overrides win against vanilla at the same path, so dropping six PNGs at:
src/main/resources/assets/minecraft/textures/gui/title/background/panorama_<0..5>.png
is enough — no mixin, no code path, no registry. The renderer keeps spinning and blurring the new images exactly as it did the vanilla ones.
The six images are cubemap faces (+X, -X, +Y, -Y, +Z, -Z) rendered from inside a running Dungeon Train world. Capture is one-off and offline — there is no in-game capture pipeline shipped with this feature.
- No protocol or schema impact (client-only resource override).
- No interaction with Sable / VS — the panorama renders before world load.
- Resource packs that override the same six paths will win over the bundled images, since resource pack precedence sits above mod resources in Forge.
