Firmware only

Fixes #26 -a bug where after three openings the firmware would just keep opening forever.

Note that this firmware is PRERELEASE and not power optimized and includes the ability to set seconds as a countdown unit.

More than 2x as many parts as will be needed in final version to see what we need. Solenoid connections are solder pads for now for flexibility.
