Lighthouse bitstream V7

Fix sweeps lost when two sensors line up with the base station, which made the deck go quiet at some angles

Note: requires bitcraze/crazyflie-firmware#1682 (updated LIGHTHOUSE_BITSTREAM_CRC and LIGHTHOUSE_BITSTREAM_SIZE in crazyflie-firmware)
