📔 Objective
The #7548 (just merged) added new migration script dated with 2026-06-11, but merged today 2026-08-11 - 2 months old.
Bumping the date to newest.
Also changes the
DatabaseTransactionActionTestHelper(also introduced in the linked PR) used in few integration tests, to correctly scope the disposal of connection, which broke Database testing CI stability.📸 Screenshots
