v0.4.0 英文界面上线｜The UI now speaks English

中英文用户下载的是同一个包：lapian-notes-v0.4.0.zip（下面的 Source code 两项是自动生成的，不用管）。

中文说明

• 英文界面上线：右下角新增语言开关，可在简体中文和 English 之间切换。中文浏览器默认还是中文，你的使用体验没有任何变化
• 本地化架构来自社区贡献（#2，感谢 @insane66613），全部词条经人工逐条复审后合入
• 你写的笔记、AI 生成的内容、项目名不会被翻译，切语言只换界面

English

The interface now supports English. Use the language switcher in the bottom-right corner; your browser language picks the default. Combined with v0.3.3 (notes follow your film's language), the tool now works end-to-end in English:

• Full English interface: buttons, the four-step guide, status messages, dialogs
• Your notes, AI-generated analysis and project names are never translated; switching language only changes the UI
• AI note output follows the subtitle language, and English enum values are recognized on import
• Localization architecture contributed in #2 by @insane66613, with a full human review pass over the catalog before merging
