• 抽帧快了约 3 倍：多路解码器并行抽取，两小时电影的抽帧从近两小时缩短到约 40 分钟
• 笔记更安全：自动保存从浏览器 5MB 限额的存储搬进无此限制的本地数据库，长片加大量笔记不会再碰到存不进去的情况，旧数据首次启动自动迁移，无需任何操作
• 外语片自动配字幕：接入 OpenSubtitles，按片名语言自动选源，中文片走伪射手，外语片走 OpenSubtitles，拿不到时自动落到下一个源
• 内嵌字幕提取补全：以前只有走转码的片才自动提取内嵌字幕，现在直接导入的 MP4 也能自动提取（发布当天补入，同版本号）
• 英文体验修复：AI 返回笔记的语言跟随界面语言、安装脚本输出改双语、导入选择器支持更多视频格式、若干英文界面漏翻补齐

下载解压后，Windows 双击 run.bat，苹果电脑双击 run.command，等它自动装好，浏览器会自己打开工具。

• Online demo is live: bkingfilm.github.io/lapian-notes runs in your browser, no install needed. MP4 import, frame extraction, note taking and the AI analysis package all work, and your data stays in your own browser. Local transcoding and automatic subtitle search still require the downloaded version
• About 3x faster frame extraction: parallel decoders bring a two-hour film down from nearly two hours to about 40 minutes
• Safer notes: autosave moved out of the browser's 5 MB localStorage quota into IndexedDB, so long films with heavy notes can no longer hit a storage limit. Existing data migrates automatically on first launch
• Automatic subtitles for non-Chinese films: OpenSubtitles integration with automatic source routing by film-title language, falling back to the next source when one comes up empty
• Embedded-subtitle extraction completed: previously only transcoded files got their embedded subtitles extracted automatically; now directly imported MP4s do too (added on release day, same version number)
• English-experience fixes: AI notes follow your interface language, bilingual installer output, more video formats accepted in the file picker, and several missing translations filled in

After unzipping, double-click run.bat on Windows or run.command on macOS. It sets everything up and opens the tool in your browser. Use the language switcher in the bottom-right corner for English.
