HRRR in Zarr Format

A limited amount of HRRR data is available in Zarr format on AWS in the bucket s3://hrrrzarr/. For some examples on accessing the data, check out the following

I would love to integrate this with Herbie. I'm not actively working on this, but @amotl is and has some ideas.

One thing I'd like to see is a list of other datasets that are available in Zarr format and their source.

It would be good to be able to have the data "lazy loaded" so only once you do an operation it downloads. So you can subset first
