Add hub_build/hub_register flags and JustAMCP remote_control bridge.

Gate template remote_control on hub_build, bridge JustAMCP focus/mcp status with remote_control, document RemoteControl toolset settings, and register editors with Hub via SCons post-build blazium-cli (hub_register=yes; not runtime).
Add SCons update_version_from_git flag for nightly builds.

Compute EXTERNAL_* from nearest v* git tag during configure so a single scons invocation matches the standalone update_version_from_git.py workflow.
Preserve get_status ok in remote_control_status.

Stop unconditionally forcing ok=true after RemoteControlServer::get_status(), which already includes the success flag.
