The OllamaSetup component and ollamaDetection utilities were unreachable: showOllamaSetup was never set to true after the onboarding UI was replaced by the LocalModelSetup flow. Removes: - OllamaSetup component and tests - ollamaDetection utilities and tests - Dead state/handlers/render block in ProviderGuard - Stale mock in App.test.tsx

Summary
The
OllamaSetuponboarding component and its supporting utilities (ollamaDetection.ts) were dead code. TheshowOllamaSetupstate inProviderGuardwas initialized tofalseand never set totrue— the Ollama onboarding card was replaced by the "Run Locally" /LocalModelSetupflow, but the old code was left behind.Changes
