Clean, minimal fix for a real bug — the _configured marker wasn't cleared on delete, leaving OAuth providers appearing configured after removal. The fix is correct: key format matches the server-side format!("{}_configured", metadata.name), false is the right is_secret arg for a plain bool param, and the Codex comment feedback was addressed. LGTM.

Summary
This PR ensures that when you delete ChatGPT Codex or GitHub Copilot configuration, both the token AND the configured marker are removed, so the provider correctly shows as not configured.
