vstretch 1.1.1

This patch fixes primary display detection, display change errors, and stretch scaling.

Fixes

  • Detect the primary monitor's panel resolution and refresh rate instead of using the first active display.
  • Report the requested resolution and the actual Windows display change error when switching fails.
  • Request full-screen scaling so 4:3 stretch resolutions fill a widescreen display.

Install

Download vstretch.exe below and run it on Windows.

vstretch        # Open the TUI
vstretch --auto # Toggle resolution for hotkeys

If a game overrides desktop scaling, select full-screen scaling in the game or GPU control panel.
