Only 2 errors can occur, and neither require additional data, so we can make the err type into just a code.

For string_t and wstring_t:

• New, New from pointer, Free
• Append char, pointer string, or other string_t/wstring_t
• Insert char, pointer string, or other string_t/wstring_t at an index
• Remove a section of a string at an index of a given length
• Create a substring
• Find the first index of a char, pointer string, or other string_t/wstring_t

Only supports Linux GCC rn
