Initial feature set.
For string_t and wstring_t:
- New, New from pointer, Free
- Append char, pointer string, or other string_t/wstring_t
- Insert char, pointer string, or other string_t/wstring_t at an index
- Remove a section of a string at an index of a given length
- Create a substring
- Find the first index of a char, pointer string, or other string_t/wstring_t
Only supports Linux GCC rn
