to get the game running, get your legally acquired copy of USA version of Mario Kart Wii in iso or wbfs, then run Build MKW Vita.bat and drag the file. After it's done copy the contents of build/vita/data/mkw/ to ux0:data/mkw/ on your Vita and you're done !
