Emby5 1.2.0

This update introduces a redesigned Live TV experience, IPTV video-on-demand support, and a refreshed Settings interface, alongside playback and reliability improvements.

Redesigned Live TV

• New Home-style layout with horizontal channel rows organized by provider and playlist groups.
• M3U/M3U8 playlist support alongside Xtream and native Emby Live TV.

Video on Demand (VOD)

• Dedicated VOD section for movies and TV series from compatible IPTV providers.
• Movie categories, posters, series seasons, episodes, and playback.
• Search across the VOD catalogue.
• Disk-backed catalogue storage designed for large IPTV libraries.
• Progressive loading and persistent caching across restarts.
• Configurable catalogue refresh intervals, with a 24-hour default.
• VOD appears automatically when content is available.

New Settings Interface

• Tile-based Settings navigation.
• Improved persistence of playback, appearance, and other preferences across app restarts.
• VOD catalogue progress and content counts.
• Manual and automatic VOD refresh controls.

Navigation Improvements

• Reorganized main navigation: Home, Movies, TV Shows, Live TV, VOD, Music, Discover.
• Removed the standalone Search tab.
• Search remains available within Live TV and VOD.

Installation / Updating

1. Download and extract Emby5-1.2.0.zip.
2. Close Emby5 completely on your PS5.
3. Copy the included PPSA99515/ folder to /data/homebrew/.
4. Overwrite the existing application files without deleting your saved account or settings data.

Note: VOD availability and completeness depend on the configured IPTV provider and its API responses.
