Bota App SDK 2.0.0-beta.13

Published synchronized beta for Apple (SwiftPM/CocoaPods), Android, React Native, Flutter and Web.

• Refresh deferred legacy React Native upload destinations after native transfer determines the route.
• Preserve structured Apple errors through NSError bridging.
• Distinguish recording activity snapshots from explicit command results; Android waits for matching activity.
• Require dedicated factory-reset authorization bound to the exact binding generation. Matching backend, firmware and application integration are required.

Exact main CI, License Gate, protected publication, public native consumers and complete Flutter archive verification passed. npm beta is 2.0.0-beta.13; latest remains beta.0. Rebuild native applications to install this runtime; application rollout and physical qualification remain separate.
