[Bug]: Bottles don't run in Steamdecks gamemode but fine on Desktop

Describe the bug

While in Deck UI starting a game or program that runs through bottles will not work. The same shortcut in the steam library starts the program just fine if opened on the Desktop.

This used to be working

To Reproduce

1. Have newest bottles flatpak installed
2. Add a flatpak bottles shortcut to run a program through bottles to the Steam library
3. Switch back to Deck UI
4. Launch the shortcut and after some waiting it will fail

The same shortcut runs fine in Desktop mode

if it's set to ge-proton, try soda instead.

wine-ge. Switching to Soda changes nothing

Having the same issue. Resolved by turning off 'Steam runtime' on the bottle's settings. Additionally, had to fix the shortcut that was made in Steam as illustrated in issue #2738.
