Ekin Kılıç: Drafted the Lab 7 Report wiki page. Authored the MVP Demo Plan including demo structure, user scenarios, script, demo-data strategy, and role assignments. Coordinated task distribution among team members for demo preparation.

Ali:

• Set up Django config from scratch — wrote settings.py, manage.py, urls.py, wsgi.py, all apps.py files, and
  requirements/base.txt + dev.txt

• Updated User model — added AccountStatus (ACTIVE, SUSPENDED, BANNED) and UserRole (GUEST, REGISTERED_USER,
  TRUSTED_CONTRIBUTOR, INFRASTRUCTURE_AUTHORITY, ADMINISTRATOR) enums, plus role, account_status, reputation_points fields

• Updated MobilityProfile model — replaced old MobilityAid enum with MobilityAidType (WHEELCHAIR, ELECTRIC_WHEELCHAIR,
  WALKER, CRUTCHES, STROLLER, HAND_CART, NONE), replaced old fields with mobility_aid_type and additional_needs

• Created PR's, closed issues regarding the sections. Participated in the team discussion Ulaş:

• Discussed MVP Demo Plan.

• Solved merge conflicts for authorization branch. Bora Aydemir:

• Planned the MVP demo structure, user scenarios, and demo data strategy including realistic pre-seeded obstacles across multiple neighborhoods to support the live presentation flow. #105

• Discussed frontend design decisions and presentation flow with the team to align the live demo with MVP scope and deployment requirements.

Ömer:

• Opened MVP milestone issues and organized them in the project board, assigning tasks to the team during the planning session with the group.
• Reviewed and merged Ulaş's pull request, examining the changes, providing approval, and ensuring the contribution was successfully integrated into the codebase.
• Facilitated the demo discussion with teammates, gathering feedback and aligning the team on the current state of the product.

Baran:

• Discussed MVP Demo Plan.
• Finalized the UI design decisions.
• Updated the project Wiki home page.
• Planned the workflow for the remaining week until MVP.

Arif:

• Went over the MVP demo plan and aligned on the details.
• Checked and merged PRs #95 and [#108] (https://github.com/bounswe/bounswe2026group3/pull/108).
• Set up the backend integration with Supabase (#100).
• Outlined the workflow for the final week before the MVP.
