- Task distribution and coordination for Lab 2 deliverables.
- Structuring and categorizing Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
- Discussion of alternative and extended system scenarios (e.g., indoor navigation cases).
- Review of mockups and overall interface alignment with system roles.
Following the discussion with Özlem Belir, the team revisited the overall vision of the project to ensure alignment with course expectations. We emphasized clarity in documentation, consistency in terminology, and stronger traceability between scenarios and requirements. The importance of presenting a coherent and logically structured system for Lab 2 was highlighted.
The team discussed the necessity of clearly separating Functional and Non-Functional Requirements in the documentation. It was agreed that requirements should be written in a precise and measurable format. We also emphasized maintaining consistency between defined user roles, scenarios, and requirement definitions to avoid ambiguity in later stages.
We discussed how the application should behave under different contexts beyond basic outdoor navigation. In particular, indoor navigation scenarios and mixed environment use cases were considered. The goal of this discussion was to ensure that Lab 2 scenarios reflect realistic and diverse user interactions with the system.
The team reviewed the current mockup direction and discussed whether the interface structure properly reflects the defined actors and workflows. It was agreed that the visual design should directly support the logical system behavior described in the requirements and scenarios.
Clear responsibility assignments were made to ensure efficient progress before the next lab session. Each member acknowledged their role and confirmed availability to complete their assigned section within the planned timeframe.
