Requirements Review

The team conducted a thorough review of the project requirements, revisiting both functional and non-functional requirements defined in the earlier stages of the project. Each requirement was examined to assess its current implementation status. The team identified requirements that are fully addressed, those that are partially implemented, and any that still need attention. This exercise provided a clear picture of how well the system aligns with the original specification.

Current Project Status

The overall state of the project was evaluated in detail. The team reviewed the frontend and backend implementations side by side with the requirements to identify any mismatches or missing functionality. Progress made since the previous meeting was acknowledged, and the remaining tasks were prioritized based on their impact on the final deliverable. The team also discussed the current test coverage and documentation status as part of the overall assessment.

Gap Analysis and Next Steps

Following the review, the team compiled a list of gaps between the current implementation and the complete requirements. Action items were defined to address each gap, with clear ownership and estimated effort. The team agreed to focus the remaining time on closing critical gaps while ensuring that existing functionality remains stable and well-tested.
