@polygulp Smart Banner config provided

Added smart banner config in _environment task, using app id provided in config.json to extract info from play store and show it in a smart banner configured in main project.

Title, author and all extracted info will be exposed in app.common.config.smartBanner object in main project.

In config.json smartBanner object you can specify other options like "daysHidden" or "daysReminder" and they will be exposed too.
