@polygulp Configuration improvements

Changes

• Specific endpoints options (urlBase, domain and/or version) can be added by command line or env variables. This options have preference over those provided by config.json.
• Stripped console logs, alerts, and debugger statements.
• Smart banner is downloaded in construction process.
