Improve Wayland capture reliability and diagnostics with pipewire-capture 0.3.0 (#271).
- Show detailed portal errors and actionable KDE compositor diagnostics when screen capture cannot start, and report background PipeWire failures.
- Clean up partial capture sessions after startup errors and restore the controls so capture can be retried.
- Prevent delayed OCR and translation results from a stopped capture from appearing after switching sources.
- Stop capture cleanly after frame-read errors and continue cleanup if a source fails during teardown.
- Document the Linux Qt Multimedia client-library requirement and provide installer guidance without rejecting libraries outside the system cache.
This release improves error reporting and capture lifecycle handling for #245. KDE still requires a working OpenGL compositor; the issue remains open pending confirmation from the reporter.
