Will be nice to have Add to Reading list option for a better user experience

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Open any website
3. Tap and hold on Bookmark button on the bottom bar > Tap Add to Reading list

Actual result

Right now it's hard to find how to add a page to Reading list. For example, if you have a link on the page you can tap and hold to open the context menu, and then you can tap Add to reading list. However, to add the main page you have to add the page to a regular bookmark, then you must open the bookmarks screen, tap to edit a specific bookmark, and move it to a reading list. It's too many steps.

Expected result

It will be easier to add any page to Reading list if we add Add to reading list option when using tap and hold on Bookmark button on the bottom bar (Check suggested steps from above). At least this will be very helpful for people who are using Bottom bar.
