Description
When YouTube links are opened in Brave by default, it's become impossible to open the YT app directly from the browser. Instead of following the intent-link, the browser shows an error page. This happens despite the browser generally allowing the opening of external apps.
This is currently an all or nothing thing: either I view YT only in Brave or only in the app, but in an earlier version of Brave it worked as intended.
Steps to reproduce
- Make sure the Android device has a working YouTube app with the 'open in app' settings configured properly.
- In the Brave browser, go to settings, privacy, activate "Allow app links to open in apps outside of brave".
- Go to settings, media, activate "Open YouTube Links in Brave".
- Go to https://m.youtube.com/ and watch any video.
- Click on the "Open App" button.
Actual result
Brave shows an ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME error page because the intent://m.youtube.com/... link schema isn't recognized.
Expected result
When Brave is set up to open https links to YouTube pages in the browser, but opening apps via intent-links is generally allowed, the browser should open the YouTube app when directly requested to do so.
This worked in an older version of Brave, plus it works in any other browser I tested including the latest stable Chrome.
Reproduces how often

Works in 1.65.122
Fails in 1.79.119 (latest stable)
