macOS 26 - Add updated liquid glass icons

Worked on a new icon set using Apple's Icon composer. Here are the exports for all versions: Release / Dev / Beta / Nightly

I'm not sure how to make new app icon.
For now, chromium uses .icns file for app icon.(ex, nightly - https://github.com/brave/brave-core/blob/master/app/theme/brave/mac/app.icns).
icns file just holds multiple images of different sizes. Curious how to make it with above different styles icons...
Chromium also doesn't have any update about app icons - https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:chrome/app/theme/chromium/mac/app.icns

Yeah, for sure that's the issue, glad they're looking into it

A request for instructions on how to set the app icon without Xcode was filed as FB17943164.
