Found while testing #51836
Unable to open original browser profile via profile picker when user is on imported chrome profiles

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.86.136 or 1.85.120
2. Open brave://welcome
3. Import two or more chrome profiles
4. Click on profile pickers
5. Select Chrome profile 1
6. Make sure user is on chrome profile 1
7. Click on profile picker icon
8. Select Personal profile
9. Personal profile is not opened

Actual result

Unable to open original browser profile via profile picker when user is on imported chrome profiles

Expected result

Original browser profile should be opened via profile picker when user is on imported chrome profiles

I can reproduce on 1.85.120 (Chromium 143) and 1.86.136 (Chromium 144) - it seems like if a window for the profile you're selecting is already open in the background, it won't become the active/selected window but some kind of popup shows up and if you click on that, then you get the window for the profile you're selecting.
