Netflix still not working after enabling Widevine

Description

I've enabled and disabled Widevine for Brave multiple times and still don't get Netflix to work. Multiple versions of Brave and Netflix is still not working. I am getting error M7701-1003.

OS: Linux Mint 22.3
Brave version: v1.86.142

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to Netflix
2. Search any video
3. Error M7701-1003 appears

Expected result

I should be able to watch Netflix videos without any issues at all

Same issue on PosOS 24.04 with Brave version 1.91.175 (Brave Shields disabled or not, same result)
